Camp Chaos has put together a map and a bit of information for those making the journey to Sugarloaf in October. Maine is known as Vacationland and Fall is a great time to enjoy the state, foliage should be entering peak season in Maine's western mountains.

For those traveling from points outside of Maine you have a few options for airports.
  • Boston, MA a four hour drive from Sugarloaf
  • Manchester, NH just under a four hour drive from Sugarloaf
  • Portland, ME just over a two hour drive from Sugarloaf
Lodging is available at the Sugarloaf Mountain Resort. Call 1-800-THE LOAF and mention that you are with the Rideout/Drabik Event for special rates.  The event will be at the Sugarloaf Outdoor Center which is 1 mile south of the Sugarloaf Access Road on Route 27.

Sugarloaf now has a zipline and scenic lift rides on weekends during the summer season. The Antigravity Complex is also fun for all ages. There is an abundance of hiking in the area with trails for all abilities. Additional activity information can be found at Sugarloaf's Activity Guide Page.
